For your Wedding function, Corporate function, Social club function, Birthday party or Anniversary party choose Junction 5, the leading function band in the South West of England.
The band is comprised of Dee on lead vocals; Zach on drums; Mark on keyboards / vocals; Neil on electric guitar / vocals and Pete on bass guitar / vocals.
To ensure that the band sounds first class no expense has been spared on the instruments, lighting and other equipment used. Sound mixing is achieved using an Allen & Heath GL2400, 24 channel 4 bus mixing desk, two state of the art mc2 amplifiers are used to drive the Proel speakers.
Depending on the size of venue we are now able to offer two power configurations;
Configuration 1, for medium sized venues, the system comprises two Proel TFL212P4 and two Proel TFL215SP4 speakers and is capable of delivering up to 7.0 kw of power.
Configuration 2, for larger / open air venues, the system comprises four Proel TFL212P4 and four Proel TFL215SP4 speakers and is capable of delivering up to 10.0 kw of power.
The main lighting rig comprises ten 64B LED Pro, low energy consumption high brightness, colour mixing spotlights. Lighting control is achieved using a 24 channel programmable dmx desk.
The mix and volume of the front of house sound is controlled by a sound engineer.
To keep the party going we are able to play cd´s and mp3´s through our PA system and are more than happy to play cd´s provided by you. Should your music be stored in an IPod that is not a problem as we are able to connect IPods to our PA system.
Junction 5 have Public Liability insurance cover of £10,000,000, all of the band equipment has been Portable Appliance Tested (PAT) for electrical safety in accordance with the 1989 Electricity At Work Regulations. For detailed information follow the Portable Appliance Testing link.
Modern technology has brought a revolution to music, Mini Disc backing tracks and sampling enable solo acts and duos to sound like the real thing, why compromise when you can have a genuinely LIVE BAND.
